Audrey Tan focuses on senior level executive searches and assessment within the Technology sector. Based in Singapore, Audrey co-leads the firm’s Global Hardware and Electronics practice. She focuses on regional and global assignments in the Hardware and Electronics, Communications and Digital and Software practices. Audrey also works with clients across a range of sectors on Financial Officers and Human Resources roles.

Audrey covers a broad spectrum of assignments in the Technology and Digital space ranging from President, Asia Pacific Regional Heads of Sales/Services/Business Development, Online/Digital Sales & Marketing to Global Head of Operations. She has conducted senior level searches in markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, China, Korea and Taiwan. Outside of the Technology industry, Audrey advises clients on their requirements to identify and recruit Chief Financial Officers and Regional Vice Presidents of HR.

Previous Experience

Audrey has 12 years of executive search experience in the Asia/Pacific region and joined Russell Reynolds in 2003. Prior to her career in executive search, Audrey worked at the Economic Development Board subsidiary where she managed Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurship and Technology initiatives. She spent her earlier career in various roles with Compaq Computer and Hewlett-Packard.

Education

Audrey received her B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore and attended the Executive Leadership Program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and several local dialects.
