Dee Symons

Dee Symons is a Managing Director and head of Russell Reynolds Associates' Financial Services Sector in Europe. Based in London, she conducts senior executive and board searches for companies across the financial institutions spectrum.

Previous Experience

Dee has 18 years of experience in executive search and assessment and works closely with CEOs, Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors and other business leaders and C-suite executives, advising them on recruitment, benchmarking and talent strategies. Prior to her career in executive search, Dee ran her own firm, which acted as consultant to and representative of the World Economic Forum, The Economist magazine and other well-known organizations in Europe and Latin America. Her early career was with Euromoney Magazine.

Education

Dee received her M.A. from Edinburgh University, graduating first in her class. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of Italian, French and German.
