Heidi Mason

Heidi Mason leads the Financial Officer Practice for Australia and addresses clients’ needs for leaders in the fields of finance, risk and treasury. In addition, she works with a range of clients in the Consumer Financial Services sector, and focuses on serving the firm's insurance, wealth management and retail banking clients. She is based in Sydney.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Heidi was the Chief Financial Officer of Enron in Australia. Previously, she was with State Street Bank in a range of senior financial positions. While with State Street, she was involved in the operation receiving one of the first foreign bank branch licenses in Australia and also participated in the purchase of the former PNB Australia. Earlier, Heidi worked with Macquarie Bank supporting the Bullion Derivatives team and also with Bankers Trust in London. Heidi began her career at KPMG in the Banking and Finance Specialist Group.

Education

Heidi received her B.Comm. from the University of New South Wales and her M.B.A. from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. She is a Chartered Accountant.
