Olivier's recent assignments within the healthcare sector include: working closely with the shareholders of a healthcare instruments company to recruit a new CEO; the recruitment of two Vice-Presidents (a VP R&D and a SVP General-Manager US) for a European cardio-vascular implants company; the recruitment of a VP General Manager for a leading healthcare IT and imaging business; the recruitment a VP General Manager EMEA for a private equity backed US company; the appointment of a Non Executive Director for a leading medical equipment company; and a global talent tracking assignment of senior profiles in the Diabetes market for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1996, Olivier worked for another global executive search firm.
