Peter Gramkov

Based in Copenhagen, Peter Gramkov conducts CEO, senior level and boardroom assignments for clients across industries in the Scandinavian market. He also has extensive experience in broader international searches within sales, marketing, research and development, HR and supply chain for publicly quoted, private equity and venture capital backed companies.

Recent Client Experience

Peter has personally placed more than 200 executives across the Scandinavian region and internationally. His most recent assignments include the CEO for the leading provider of telecommunications solutions and Pay-TV in Denmark and the CEO and COO for the biggest IT services company in Sweden. Peter has in addition worked for a number of Scandinavian and international private equity funds upgrading their portfolio companies with a number of CXO recruitments. Other recent assignments include board searches for public quoted global IT companies with base in Denmark - as well as smaller entrepreneurial venture capital backed technology players.

Previous Experience

Peter has 12 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000, he was a Major Account Manager for Hewlett-Packard (Compaq Computer A/S) in Denmark. Previously, Peter was a trainee at East Asiatic Company Ltd.

Education

Peter received his M.Sc. in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant with the Scandinavian languages.
