Reina Nicholls

Reina Nicholls conducts senior executive and board searches, succession planning and assessment projects for financial institutions across Australasia. Reina focuses on working with leading organisations in global banking and markets, investment banking, asset and wealth management, and global consultancy. She is based in Sydney and Melbourne.

Previous Experience

Reina has 17 years of executive search experience, successfully completing senior assignments at the CEO and General Management level and then assisting those executives in building their teams. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Reina was a Managing Director with a global executive search firm, where she established, and then ran, the Australasian Financial Services practice. She was also Partner with an Australian boutique search firm specialising in financial services. Prior to her executive search career, Reina spent eight years in investment banking working on Wall Street in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Chase Manhattan Bank. After working overseas, Reina relocated back to Australia and joined the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston, where she provided corporate advisory services as well as marketing debt and equity products to Australia’s ASX 200.

Education

Reina holds a B.Comm. in economics, honours, from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in management from AGSM, University of New South Wales.
