Ulrike Rondas is a member of the firm's Consumer Sector, concentrating on the Consumer Products and Services Practice. Based in Hamburg, she has conducted numerous searches for leading consumer products companies, spanning the marketing, sales, human resources, finance supply chain and research and development functions. In addition, she specializes in the areas of marketing, sales and human resources across various sectors, including retail, automotive, technology, finance and industrial products.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ulrike had a nine-year long career with Unilever Germany, where she served mostly recently as Business Unit Head, Impulse Brands and, before that, as Business Unit Head, Snacking & Grazing. During her time in these roles, she was part of the recruitment and selection team, assessing the qualifications of graduates for Unilever Germany. Ulrike also held various marketing and brand management positions both nationally and internationally such as European Senior Brand Manager, Snacks. While she served as Brand Manager in the Margarine Division, she was also responsible for marketing objectives of the Total Quality Management process within Unilever Germany. Ulrike began her career as a trainee, followed by a position as an account manager in the Unilever Germany Sales Division.

Ulrike received her European business diploma from Nottingham Polytechnic, Great Britain, and her Master's from Paderborn University, Germany. She is fluent in German and English.
