Jonas Augustson

Jonas Augustson specialises on senior management and general management assignments for clients across the technology and industrial sectors. He offers expertise in telecom, automotive, industrial equipment, construction and transportation industries. He also conducts assignments for functional roles including operations, IT, supply chain, purchasing, finance, and HR. Based in Stockholm, he is also working with the private equity sector.

Recent Client Experience

Recent assignments include CEOs for listed Swedish companied as well as being involved in CFO recruitments for both a listed consumer durables goods company and private equity backed corporations. He has also led a CEO search for a large SW and outsourcing group, as well as several highly technical roles including CIO and network management roles in telecom.

Previous Experience

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jonas was with the Swedish Trade Council where he was part of the Executive Committee, most recently in the capacity of Vice President Central Europe and Asia Regions, prior to which he was the Country Manager Germany. Jonas began his career with Accenture within the Strategic Services group.

Education

Jonas received his M.Sc. in business administration and economics at the University of Linköping. He is fluent in Swedish, English and German.
