Adam Hale

Based in London, Adam conducts searches for CEOs, senior executives and board members in the areas of software, services, consulting and outsourcing.  He has worked with many of the world's leading technology and investment businesses and has been directly involved in over 400 searches. He leads the firm's European Software Practice and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997, Adam spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).  He spent eight years working on major consulting projects for financial services clients.  He was then a Director in the emerging outsourcing business.

Additional Professional Activities

Adam is Chairman of the Technology Leadership Group (TLG) of the Prince's Trust, the leading CSR initiative of the U.K. TMT industry.

Education

Adam received his B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Bristol.
