Adam Hale

Based in London, Adam conducts searches for CEOs, senior executives and board members for a broad range of Technology and Digital businesses. He has worked with many of the world's leading technology and investment businesses and has been directly involved in over 500 searches and leadership projects. He started the firm's Software practice in Europe and co-leads it globally. He has been a member of the firm's Executive Committee and leader of the European Technology sector. He is a recognised thought leader within the European Technology sector with numerous publications and thought pieces. Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997, Adam spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) based in London. He spent eight years working on major consulting projects for Financial Services clients. He was then a Director in the emerging Outsourcing business.

Additional Professional Activities

Adam is a committee member of the Technology Leadership Group (TLG) for the Prince’s Trust, the leading CSR initiative of the UK TMT industry. He was Chairman of the group from 2009 – 2011. Adam is also a Trustee of Youth United Foundation, a network of the UK’s largest volunteering youth organisations.

Education

Adam received his B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Bristol.
