Boris Jary

Boris Jary serves clients in the industrial manufacturing and distribution industries. Based in Frankfurt, Boris is a core member of the firm’s industrial sector and its global automotive, chemicals, and capital equipment practice. He conducts high-level search assignments for key clients, ranging from medium-sized to large companies, and leads executive assessments for corporations listed in the German DAX 30 index. In addition, he advises private equity companies regarding their portfolio firms on a regular basis.

Recent Client Experience

Boris has recently completed several board/C-level recruitments for world-leading multinational industrial enterprises. Some of these assignments involved highly sensitive issues entailing succession planning in an exceptionally complex environment. Moreover, he heads two of the firm’s major global client relationships.

Previous Experience

Boris has more than 13 years of experience in executive search and has successfully completed a large number of top-level international searches across a wide functional spectrum, chiefly in the industrial sector. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Boris worked for another renowned international executive search firm. Prior to his career in executive search, he was an advisor with a major marketing and advertising agency.

Education

Boris obtained his B.A. in marketing communication from the Academy for Marketing & Communication in Frankfurt and his M.B.A. from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. Boris is fluent in German and English, and has a working knowledge of French.
