Dorota Czarnota

Dorota Czarnota is the Country Manager for Poland and leads the firm’s activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Warsaw, she specializes in serving clients in the consumer, financial services and professional services fields. She conducts board of directors assignments in a range of industries in Poland and throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Previous Experience

Dorota has 21 years of experience in senior-level executive search, having placed expatriate Polish and non-Polish executives since the opening of Poland’s economy. Before starting her executive search career, Dorota was a clinical psychologist and had her own practice for 10 years.

Additional Professional Activities

Dorota is a member of the psychotherapy and training sections of the Polish Psychological Association. She is also a member of the American and British Chambers of Commerce.

Education

Dorota received her M.A. in adult clinical psychology from Warsaw University. She also has a trainer’s license from the Polish Psychological Association and a therapist’s license from the Polish Psychiatric Association. She is fluent in Polish and English and has a moderate knowledge of Russian.
