Erika Mannion is the firm's Leadership and Succession Practice Leader for the UK and a member of the European Board Practice. She leads Executive Assessments and Board Appraisals for clients across a range of industries. Typical situations include CEO succession planning, post-merger integration, private equity due diligence, and talent development initiatives.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Erika was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in London where she worked in the financial services and industrial sectors as an organizational change consultant. She has coached senior management teams through major change initiatives and co-authored a McKinsey Quarterly article, Teams at the Top. Prior to that, Erika was a Second Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.
A U.S. national, Erika received her M.B.A. in finance from Wharton and her Masters in International Management from The Lauder Institute, both at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree in economics at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. Erika also holds a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling from Birkbeck College, University of London and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from The School of Coaching in London. She speaks English and conversational German.
