Gabrielle Lajoie

Gabrielle Lajoie leads the firm's Healthcare Sector in North America. She specializes in executive officer and board of director searches. Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999, Gabby was a consultant with CSC Healthcare/APM Management Consultants in New York. In this role, she provided consulting services to major academic medical centers on long-term restructuring projects and advised senior management on management development, service quality and supply chain solutions. Previously, Gabby was a senior benefits analyst with PepsiCo, Inc., where she managed healthcare vendor relationships (two national insurers and 110 HMOs), and advised PepsiCo's divisions on healthcare strategies. Gabby began her career in the Boston office of Towers Perrin, the global management consultancy.

Gabby received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Vermont and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
