Jesús Marrodán

Jesus Marrodán specializes in executive-level assignments and Leading & Succession services for international clients across the industrial, infrastructures, natural resources and consumer sectors, including Consumer Digital & Media and Digital Transformation.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jesús spent three years with Codere, an international gaming company where he was Business Development Director. Earlier in his career he was a Strategy Consultant with Monitor where he spent six years working with a host of clients in various industries, including energy, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecoms. Jesús began his career with Euroestudios, an engineering consultancy.

Education

Jesús received his degree in Civil Engineering with double concentration (Transportation & Structures) from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
