Lyndon A. Taylor

Lyndon A. Taylor is a member of the Financial Services sector and works with clients across both banking and investment management, alternative and traditional. He has worked with a number of clients on diversity targeted engagements.

Recent Client Experience

Lyndon's notable recent assignments, among others, include successfully recruiting the Chief Investment Officer for a large corporate pension plan, the Chief Risk Officer for one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., and Board of Directors assignments for two of the world's largest asset managers. He has also recently completed several Board and portfolio company management assignments on behalf of private equity clients.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lyndon worked in the Investment Banking Division of UBS Warburg LLC. Earlier in his career, Lyndon worked in corporate development for Enron, investment banking with Merrill Lynch, and also served in the U.S. Navy.

Additional Professional Activities

Lyndon is a previous recipient of the Rising Star Award from the University of Chicago African American M.B.A. Association and is currently a member of the alumni association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.

Education

Lyndon received his B.A. in history and his B.S. in ethnic studies from Southern Methodist University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
