Rhys Grossman

With a background in media and technology, Rhys advises, recruits and helps companies retain leaders for listed, venture capital and private equity-backed companies across the Media and Digital space, Rhys co-leads the firm’s global Media, Entertainment and Convergence practice and leads the firm's Consumer sector in Europe. He is also a leader of the Digital Transformation practice. Based in London he works on assignments across a range of media and digital segments, including broadcasting, consumer publishing and business-to-business information services, as well as Mobile, Digital Media and E-Commerce. Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rhys began his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and PriceWaterhouse Coopers before moving to ITV and ITV Digital, where he worked on strategy, programming, marketing and online services. He then worked for Inflexion as executive across portfolio investments in media and technology.

Rhys is Vice Chair of the Prince’s Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group.

Education

Rhys received his B.A. in politics, philosophy and economics from Keble College, Oxford University.
