Constantine Alexandrakis' advisory and search expertise ranges from board of director assignments for companies across all industries, to corporate officer recruitment. The latter ranges from the CEO level to functional roles, with an industry specialization in technology and business and professional services, and a functional specialization in information officer executives.

Constantine's recent board of director assignments include working closely with the CEO and board of a Fortune 20 company to add several new board members following a spin-off, helping a company rebuild its board as it exited bankruptcy, and assisting a younger fast growth company in adding significant new expertise as the founding board members approached retirement.

 

With respect to technology and business and professional services, Constantine recently worked with an IT services market leader to recruit a Chief Executive Officer, and with a major B-to-C services company to recruit the President of a fast-growing division. On the information officers front, Constantine assisted a major global services company to recruit a CIO to help the company completely transform and e-enable its customer experience.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Constantine was Vice President of Operations at web solutions provider Hostway Corporation, and a strategy consultant for Towers Perrin. Earlier, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.

Constantine is a member of the Chicago Children's Museum Education and Exhibits Board Committee, and a member of The Executives' Club of Chicago. He is also a member of the Florida Bar.
