Allegra Mango works closely with financial services companies to find dynamic leaders. Based in New York. Allegra focuses on private equity and global corporate and investment banking clients. She has completed searches for global investment banks, multinational and regional private equity funds and their portfolio companies, among others. This includes a wide range of roles, including investment professionals, business development leaders and operating partners. Along with conducting executive searches, Allegra partners with clients to develop and complete diversity initiatives across their institutions.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Allegra worked at a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on asset management. During her tenure with the firm, she worked across capital raising, portfolio management and private equity assignments, and connected clients with senior executives and experienced investors.
