Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Amy was a Principal at a boutique governance firm. There, she co-led an exclusive governance program for board directors of leading public companies throughout North America. Amy collaborated with global experts to pinpoint emerging issues, shaping meeting agendas, crafting content, and facilitating premier events in confidential settings designed to foster trust and candor.
