A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Anna combines her background in behavioural science with pragmatic business insight to advise clients on key leadership acquisition, development and succession challenges.
Anna previously worked at a professional services organisation where she provided high-touch coaching and development to leadership advisors. Prior to this, she worked at another global people advisory firm where she designed and led assessment and development programmes for senior leadership teams.
Anna works across sectors, with a particular interest in financial services.
