Flávia Leão Fernandes is a trusted client advisor who specializes in succession processes and talent strategy. Based in São Paulo, Flávia works closely with Brazilian and Latin American client teams in areas such as executive leadership development, performance management and culture transformation. She works with both regional and multinational companies across industries, including consumer, technology, pharmaceuticals, energy and infrastructure.

Flávia joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading international executive search firm. She has more than 10 years of experience working in succession planning and executive assessment.  Previously, Flávia led the headhunting division at a HR consultancy firm in São Paulo. In this role, she was responsible for building the business and working with some of Brazil’s largest and most visible corporations.
