Henrik Ødegaard

Based in Oslo, Henrik brings deep expertise in the consumer, industrial and sports sectors. He works with regional and international clients serving private equity and their portfolio companies, as well as private and publicly listed firms. Henrik completes assignments for CEOs, chairs, non-executive directors, including CXO succession, team and individual assessments, and building non-executive boards.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he worked as an analyst with another global executive search firm. In parallel to pursuing his business career, Henrik has been a professional ice hockey player in Norway and the US for 15 years. He was Norwegian Champion in 2019 and represented the Norwegian National Team in the Olympics in Sochi in 2014 and PyeongChang in 2018, as well as in six World Championships.
