John Madera

John Madera is a member of the Board & CEO Advisory practice where he advises corporate boards and CEOs across a wide range of industries.

Focused on growth and transformation leadership projects, John has completed board director, CEO, and other senior executive search and succession assignments for leading public, family-owned, and private equity-backed companies. John also works closely with the Leadership Performance practice, taking part in the assessment and development of senior executives.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, John spent nearly a decade as a management consultant leading Fortune 500 companies through strategic assessments, organizational design, and large-scale process transformation assignments. His client base ranged from global engineering firms and independent oil and gas companies to consumer-packaged goods companies. Through his consulting work, John has lived and worked around the world.
