Ireen Kars

Ireen Kars works closely with clients on their most pressing leadership challenges, including diversity, equity, inclusion & sustainable leadership. Based in Amsterdam, Ireen leverages her experience working within major technology companies to provide her clients with unique insights. She helps her clients recruit top talent for executive-level roles for firms across all industries and geographies.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Ireen spent six years at Microsoft as a solution advisor for Modern Workplace. In this role, she worked closely with healthcare customers to optimize their security systems. During her time with the technology giant, Ireen also held roles in corporate accounts as an account manager and in solution sales for mobility & security – public sector. Previously, she worked in policy and politics for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, both in The Hague and Geneva, Switzerland.
