In the upcoming Thinkers Summit hosted by HRflag, Russell Reynolds Associates' consultants will deliver a keynote speech on its recent study of C-suite executives in China that explored the leadership competencies and traits that are critical to navigating through an era of uncertainty in order to drive growth.  

This comparative study, done in collaboration with our partner Hogan Assessments, looked at the psychometric data of China C-suite executives using our proprietary Leadership Span model.
