Alison supports leaders’ most critical succession decisions by helping them identify, develop, and prepare talent for successful transition into the C-suite.

Based in Zurich, Alison Mathys has 25+ years’ experience evaluating and developing senior executives and board-level leaders. She works with global organizations to develop critical talent in line with strategic business objectives.  

Alison specializes in senior-level assessment, development, and executive coaching, and has a particular interest in working with leaders to help them influence and impact their environments with greater purpose.  

Alison joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another global executive search firm, where she focused on C-suite succession and development. She spent her early career as a search consultant in London.

Honour before Honours

Alison earned her MSc in organizational psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, and her BA in law and Spanish from University of Exeter.
She’s an ICF Certified Coach, a Certified CPCC Coach – Co-Active Training Institute, and holds various psychometric assessment certifications from globally-recognized institutions. Alison also has an INSEAD qualification in business strategy and financial performance.
