Andrew Almani

Andrew Almani focuses on executive search and leadership advisory engagements for clients throughout the financial services sector. Andrew has direct experience across consumer and commercial banking, asset and wealth management, credit unions, payments, fintech, and PE/VC portfolio company assignments.

Previously, Andrew was a member of the talent acquisition team at Goldman Sachs, where he led strategic recruiting efforts across Consumer Banking and the Asset and Wealth Management Division, attracting senior leaders to the firm and building new teams from the ground up.

Earlier in his career, Andrew was a member of Russell Reynolds’ research function, where he supported executive search and thought leadership within financial services. Andrew commenced his career as a management consultant with KPMG, starting out in the Economic and Valuation Services practice before transitioning to the Human Capital Advisory/Transformation Delivery practice.
