Anupama Puranik

Anu is based in Singapore and is a key member of the healthcare practice across Southeast Asia at Russell Reynolds Associates. She assists clients in topics across leadership development, succession planning, and executive search across private equity, family-owned businesses and not-for-profit sectors, in addition to healthcare.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Anu gained over a decade of experience at another high-end executive search firm. During her tenure there, she provided support to multinational pharmaceutical, MedTech, and health services clients in Southeast Asia. Additionally, she was also the regional co-lead for the firm's CFO practice and continues to support clients for CFO search and development till date. Anu's prior professional background includes working in investment banking, equity sales, and private equity in India. She has worked with well-regarded broking houses such as IIT Investrust and Sharekhan, as well as the Indian private equity firm True North.

Anu serves on the Advisory Board of ASK HEALTH Asia in Singapore, where she provides valuable insights and guidance in the healthcare sector. She is also a Board Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and is actively involved in their DE&I task force and supporting the healthcare committee.
