Based in Hong Kong, Beijing is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership Advisory Practice. Originally joining the firm in its New York office, she collaborates with clients globally to assess and develop leadership teams, using talent data and insights to drive organizational transformation and success.
Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Beijing was a senior consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in New York. In this role, she led strategic engagements across the industrials, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors, advising private equity and corporate clients on growth strategies and acquisition opportunities.
Beijing began her career in the NGO sector, with roles at Ashoka, a global impact fund supporting social entrepreneurs, and the World Bank.
She earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
