Bob Brousseau

Bob Brousseau has architected several successful commercial turnarounds as an operating executive before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. As a former P&L operator at venture-backed companies, Bob works extensively with founders and boards of early stage companies. He currently serves as the global lead of the firms Life Science Tools, Diagnostics, and Medical Device practice.

Bob has conducted dozens of CEO searches with an emphasis on partnering with boards and CEOs on accelerating commercial results. Based in Dallas, Bob is a trusted advisor to a broad group of healthcare clients, partnering with industry leaders in companies ranging from venture backed to Fortune 50.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Bob had a successful commercial operating career at both venture-backed and public healthcare companies, including: Agendia; Genoptix; Cypress Bioscience; and Verus Pharmaceuticals. Most recently Bob was a member of the leadership team of an innovative diagnostics company, where he led the commercial and operational turnaround of the clinical laboratory. This turnaround included the building of a new CLIA Lab, the relocation of their 100-person operations, and the ultimate sale of the business.
