Brian Bayne

Brian Bayne is a senior partner in Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Sector, where he focuses on helping companies find board, C-suite, and technology leaders.

Brian helps companies build superior leadership teams that are equipped to navigate the challenges of digital transformation and technology enablement. Based in Houston, Brian’s clients range from Fortune 500 firms to high-growth venture capital and private-equity-backed companies.

Brian also leads the firm’s Sports, e-Sports, and Gaming practice, working with sports and gaming companies, teams, and leagues to find C-suite executives, while advising on a variety of leadership, culture, market expansion efforts, and succession planning initiatives. Brian is also a member of Russell Reynolds’ Legal Officers Practice.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Brian was General Manager and Houston business leader for Axiom Law, a leading legal and technology services company. Brian started his career at IBM, where he spent more than a decade serving in a variety of commercial leadership roles, driving technology solutions to clients across industries.
