Bruno Bolzan

Based in Milan, Bruno currently serves as Italy Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates. He is a senior member of the firm’s Leadership and Succession Practice. Leveraging a deep background in human resource management and executive search, he partners with clients across industries and geographies to deliver tailored executive assessment, leadership development and succession planning solutions. Bruno is a trusted client advisor, specialized in guiding boards and senior executives on how to build top leadership teams.  

Bruno joined Russell Reynolds Associates over 20 years ago in the Paris office, as a Consultant in the Financial Officers Practice and Consumer Finance Sector. He later transitioned to the human resources function and served as the firm’s Chief Human Capital Officer for more than a decade, based in Milan.

Prior to joining the firm, Bruno was with GE Capital, first in M&A in Amsterdam and later in Paris as Country Manager for France. His earlier career was in finance and marketing, working at organizations including JPMorgan, Burke Marketing and the French Chamber of Commerce in Toronto.
