Camilla Hesselberg helps companies find and develop the right leaders to drive long-term success. She specializes in leadership assessment, and succession planning, working closely with organizations to strengthen their leadership teams.
Camilla has experience from Schibsted Marketplaces, where she has helped ensure the company has the right leadership talent for the future by working with leadership recruitment and succession planning, focusing on commercial, marketing and people leadership roles.
She previously spent seven years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she advised companies on executive search. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Boston Consulting Group (Oslo), focusing on recruitment and onboarding.
Camilla holds a MSc in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen. She is passionate about helping leaders gain clarity and make better decisions about their teams and careers.
