Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she was a managing director at another executive search firm focused on general counsel and other senior legal roles. Prior to her career in search, Casey was a practicing attorney, having spent time as a lawyer with the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP and as deputy general counsel for the global fintech company Funding Circle.
