Based in New York, Claire works with clients across industry sectors, functions, and geographies, focusing on leadership development, executive transition, top team effectiveness, and organizational culture. She has worked with senior leaders and leadership teams to improve their effectiveness by building self-awareness, resilience and other capabilities required to lead through turbulent times, whilst also helping leaders find value and purpose in their work. Additionally, Claire has worked with organizations to refresh their leadership and culture strategies to support the success of business priorities.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Claire worked at Deloitte as a Business Psychologist in their Leadership Practice in the UK and US, where she specialized in leadership development and coaching leaders in transition. She also has extensive experience delivering executive-level assessments across multiple contexts including M&A, selection, and development, as well as designing and delivering succession solutions for clients.

Claire holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Newcastle and a MSc in Organizational Psychology from Leicester University. She holds a certification in PQ Positive Intelligence coaching and is trained in several psychometrics including Hogan, NEO-PI-R, and Saville Wave.
