Dhruv specializes in advising clients across the Financial Services Industry. He applies over 15 years of experience in advising leading institutions on the topics of transformation, change management and capability building.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dhruv was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent thirteen years as a management consultant working with clients in India and Southeast Asia. He has partnered with incumbent and attacker banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies on a variety of topics. This includes growth strategy, digital business building, digital transformation, sales acceleration, organization, and culture. Dhruv has also played a pivotal role in mentoring and developing associates across client engagements.
