Efe Ekhaese

Based in New York, Efe works across healthcare but focuses on medical device and diagnostics firms, pharmaceutical companies, pharma services, and life sciences. He also has a distinguished reputation for working with private equity-backed companies on board, CEO, and C-suite hiring, as well as advising the funds on building and developing effective leadership teams across their portfolio. Having lived and worked in Europe and the US, Efe brings an international perspective to assignments.

Efe joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a boutique global executive search firm focused on private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He held several roles at the firm during its expansion, and was most recently its Head of North American Healthcare after previously leading the European practice. During his time here, Efe became a trusted advisor to private equity funds by advising them on pre-deal opportunities, leading high-profile board and C-suite searches, and assessing their management team’s ability to drive value creation. Earlier, Efe worked for Financial Dynamics (part of FTI Consulting), where he provided strategic communications advice to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
