Eirik Efjestad

Eirik Efjestad is a trusted advisor to companies in the financial services sector and the industrial and natural resources sector, providing valuable executive search and leadership advice. Based in Oslo, Eirik executes assignments in a broad range of areas, including private equity, various industrial segments, and corporate officers, including Chief Financial Officers.

Prior to joining RRA, Eirik spent several years within the Corporate Banking division of the biggest bank in the Nordics. Here, he worked closely with different C-level executives, advising on capital structure and financing. Eirik also has a background in the Royal Norwegian Navy, where he worked as a first lieutenant. Eirik is a passionate mountain climber and sailor and has crossed the Atlantic Ocean and climbed several high-altitude mountains.
