A trained clinical psychologist, Emmi brings sharp insights and innovative solutions to her client work. Based in London, she specializes in senior leadership assessment, executive development and coaching, top team effectiveness, succession planning, and diversity, equity and inclusion engagements.

Emmi joined the firm in 2018 following her years as a senior psychologist in the forensic field, providing expert opinion for court, psychometric assessments, and evidence-based interventions for offenders within correctional and youth justice systems. Prior to that, she held various roles as a psychologist, assessor, program designer, and facilitator across healthcare and social services. She has also served as in-house consultant to an elite sporting team, advisor to a non-profit organization, and has taught psychology at university.

Emmi received her BPsych with first class honors from the University of South Australia, and her PhD and MPsych (clinical) from the University of Adelaide.
