Gemma Hodgson

Gemma Hodgson is a trusted client advisor and a member of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners. She works primarily on senior-level executive and board searches across financial services, with a focus on insurance, asset management and banking. Gemma is based in London.  As a Consultant for The Zygos Partnership, Gemma joined Russell Reynolds Associates when Zygos became part of the firm in 2017. During her seven-year tenure at the board search firm, she worked on a range of high-level board searches.

Previously, Gemma spent four years working for another leading international executive search firm, where she specialized in financial services. In this role, she delivered a number of senior assignments in investment banking, as well as cross-border CEO searches across asset classes. Gemma began her executive search career at a UK and Singapore-based firm, where she focused on recruiting M&A investment bankers in large and mid-cap private equity funds. Her earlier experience included fundraising for The Regeneration Trust in London.
