Grace Cheng

As Chairman of Greater China, Grace leverages her deep subject matter expertise and market insights to help our clients achieve their leadership ambitions. Her accumulated knowledge over the years provides strategic counsel to solve their most pressing leadership challenges. Her focus areas include Financial Services, CEO and Board Practices. She regularly advises clients on senior-level assignments, including board consulting projects, CEO succession planning, and senior executive search assignments.

During her tenure at the firm, Grace served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Nomination Committee. Grace also served on the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Board and its APAC Council as Chairman.
