Hannah Brazier

As a leader within the Global Investment and Wealth Management Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, Hannah Brazier advises companies across the investment and wealth management sector. She works with clients on their leadership hiring needs, succession planning, as well as assessment and development projects.

Based in New York, Hannah has successfully completed searches for CEOs, CIOs, COOs, and heads of strategy, sales and marketing, along with other senior positions across the investment industry. Hannah advises across asset classes with a variety of institutions ranging from family offices to global asset and wealth managers.

Hannah previously worked for five years at a boutique search firm in London, focusing on capital markets and hedge fund searches. Before her career in search, Hannah worked for an international school in Thailand and was active in various philanthropic initiatives.
