Hannah Murphy partners with clients across industries to assess and develop executive teams. Based in Dallas, she works with organizations to improve their talent management, organizational development, and leadership practices, with a special emphasis on coaching and assessment.
Prior to joining RRA, Hannah was the global leader of executive development at Cisco Systems. In that role, she led the company’s executive coaching and mentoring practices, assessed leaders for succession and promotion readiness, and created development offerings for executives and the C-suite. Prior to Cisco, she worked in organizational development and led employee engagement analytics at PepsiCo Frito-Lay. Hannah has also worked in academia – at the University of Texas in Arlington and Clemson University – and enjoys contributing to management consulting conferences.
