Harm van Esch is a Senior Advisor based in Amsterdam. As a Senior Advisor, Harm leverages his deep subject matter expertise and market insights to help our clients achieve their leadership ambitions. His accumulated knowledge provides strategic counsel to solve their most pressing challenges.

Prior to this appointment, Harm conducted Board advisory services for multinational companies across Europe. Harm also conducted executive assignments in the consumer and industry markets as part of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners in Europe. He possesses more than 20 years of Board and executive consulting experience, working with leading companies throughout his career to provide tailored solutions for their most pressing leadership challenges.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Harm served as a Board Member at Berenschot, a management consulting firm in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he served as Sales Director for Europe at Fokker Aircraft and Corporate Sales and Marketing Director at Nedlloyd Road Cargo, leading transport and logistics companies in Europe. Earlier in his time with Nedlloyd, he had global responsibility for leasing offshore drilling platform to oil companies.
