Henrique Valente Carneiro

Henrique Valente Carneiro works closely with companies in the consumer and healthcare sectors to identify leadership solutions, conduct board assessments and recruit top talent, both at the executive and non-executive level. Based in  São Paolo, Henrique works with companies both in Latin America and internationally. He is member of the firm’s Consumer and Healthcare Sectors, as well as its Customer Activation and Growth Practice. 

Henrique recently conducted a large-scale board effectiveness review for a Brazilian conglomerate, advised the board of a large regional consumer company and conducted broad searchers for global retailers. During his career, Henrique has led executive searchers for another leading executive search firm in the consumer goods and retail areas. He also worked at Whirlpool in a variety of strategy and finance roles, including managing director for a subsidiary based in Argentina.
