Irene works with companies across industries to recruit high-impact senior leaders. Her experience spans across TMT, Aviation, Real Estate, Transportation, Engineering, and Construction, and she’s also worked closely with clients supporting their digital and technology transformation journeys for more than 20 years.

Irene has completed numerous CxO and leadership assignments, and is passionate about succession, development, and assessment. Based in Singapore, she specializes across the technology value chain including cyber security, AI, cloud, tech applications & infrastructure covering global markets but with a strong focus on ASEAN & APJ.

Irene focuses on transformational leadership issues, ranging from assessment and hiring of key executive and board positions to individual and team development. She strives to be a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites on transformation and change in a landscape of digital disruption and innovation.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Irene was a Managing Director and Senior Client Account Leader in Accenture’s Products client group specializing across Mobility and Transportation services, Real Estate, Aviation services, Engineering and Construction. She also spent 13 years in the mobile infrastructure industry focusing on corporate strategy and business development.
