Jacques Bouwens

Jacques Bouwens advises boards and CEOs across industries on corporate governance, succession planning, and digital transformation, among other topics. Based in Amsterdam, Jacques brings a global perspective to business solutions, advising clients such as large multinational corporations on the appointment of dynamic leaders who can institute positive change. Jacques previously led the Global Healthcare Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates and served as a member of our Executive Committee. During his career, Jacques has led several key client relationships for the firm and led several of our global offices. He has decades of executive search and consulting experience.

Jacques serves on the board of directors of the AESC (The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) and has significant experience supporting boards in attracting directors with AI experience. Before joining Russell Reynolds, he served as the European Director of Human Resources for St. Jude Medical, where he was responsible for the company’s subsidiaries throughout Europe and was involved in acquisitions. He also held several human resources positions at GE.
