Jan C. Cron

Jan is a member of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners, the Technology and Industry Sectors as well as the Middle East Practice. Based in Dubai, he works with Middle East regional and international clients, including Private Equity, to identify, assess and develop top leadership individuals as well as teams to mitigate succession risks and support value creation. He also advises on M&A/PMI, CxO transition and related transformational change.

Jan joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Nokia Siemens Networks in Dubai. As SVP Middle East and Africa, he held full P&L leadership responsibility for all mobile and fixed communication infrastructure business in 68 countries. He was a member of the company’s Supervisory Board in Germany and Chairman of Joint Ventures in South Africa and Kuwait. Earlier, he held various leadership roles within different business units of Siemens Communications in the Middle East and Europe, with Siemens Corporation in New York, and with Siemens AG’s Corporate HQ in Munich.
