Jessica Casey

Based in New York, Jessica brings more than a decade of experience across the executive search and real estate industry. She partners closely with global real estate clients including private equity, investment management, REITs, owner/operator/developers, and family offices on all executive talent and advisory needs. Jessica is passionate about making an impact on the real estate industry by identifying critical and diverse leadership solutions for her clients.

Jessica joins Russell Reynolds from Ferguson Partners where she spent over six years leading and executing real estate executive search assignments across all functions and serving as the firm’s New York office lead. She previously worked with Rhodes Associates, a boutique search firm, and began her career within the research team at CBRE.
