Jonas Augustson

Jonas Augustson partners with clients to build authentic, dynamic, and sustainable leadership teams for purposeful and mission-driven organizations globally. He offers candid yet constructive advice and support, addressing client issues as if they were his own.

Jonas works closely with clients to identify leaders , assess management teams, and enable transformation across sectors, with deep experience in the industrial and technology sectors. He serves a diverse set of clients, including private equity firms, family-owned businesses, and listed companies. Over the years, he has worked on numerous board, CEO, and functional leadership roles.

Jonas is the firm's Country Manager in Sweden and a member of the Extended Leadership Team.

Earlier in his career, Jonas worked for the Swedish Trade Council, where he served on its Executive Committee, and was Country Manager for Germany, later becoming Vice President for the Central Europe and Asia regions. He began his career in the Strategic Services Practice at Accenture.
